Job Vacancy - Senior Service/Sales Advisor.

A vacancy has arisen within the Company and applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Senior Service/Sales Advisor for the busy department located at the Downpatrick Road site. The company must take advantage of the opportunities that exist within our area and it is vital that we provide a level of service that sets us apart from the competition. This is a key role in delivering a service experience that meets and exceeds customer expectations. The job covers a range of disciplines but broadly involves –

• Supervision of a workshop team ensuring its effective operation through appropriate workshop loading and good communication.
• Dealing directly with customers and presenting and explaining the invoice at hand over stage in a professional manner. Ensuring that the customer understands all work carried out and pre-conditioning him to the follow up call.
• Maximising the workshop’s profitability through good utilisation of technicians’ time, appropriate up-selling from vehicle health checks and attention to labour recovery rate.

Due to the importance of the role it is unlikely that anyone with less than three years experience in a similar role and at a similar level of responsibility will have the necessary skills required to meet the challenge; the successful candidate will be expected to adapt quickly to the role with minimal training.
